House Freedom Caucus members want GOP leaders to schedule a floor vote on immigration legislation before completing work on the farm bill. The House is currently debating the bill and a vote is scheduled on Friday.
Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows told reporters after a meeting with his caucus that the vast majority of their members feel that way and he believes there’s “more than enough” to block passage of the farm bill.
