LUMEN Street Theatre brought the spooks and scares to the Treaty City at the weekend with the return of their popular Halloween parade. The Treaty streets were filled with supernatural beings, forest spirits, absentee landlords, the ghost of Patrick Sarsfield, and Limerick’s own Bishop’s Lady during the stunning street spectacle.
