Finn Valley AC’s Mark English has broken the Irish 800 metres record once again.English produced  a time of 1:43.37 to finish second at the Gyulai István Memorial, a World Athletics gold level meet in Budapest, Hungary.It’s a significant lowering of his own Irish record of 1:43.92 as he sets off to altitude ahead of next month’s World Championships in Tokyo.
