Longford under-16 5km team of Rian McCaffrey, Daniel Higgins, Conor Brennan and Luke Morgan who combined to win gold at the Community Games National finals in Meath on Sunday last. A brilliant run by Rian saw him win individual Gold to become the first winner from Longford
