Councillor Pat O’Toole has welcomed the news that Uisce Eireann (formerly Irish Water) is applying for planning permission to upgrade the sewerage facilities in Ballymahon. The current sewerage plant serving the south Longford town is at maximum capacity and Cllr O'Toole outlined that following a me
