A man who appeared by video link from the Midlands Prison at a recent sitting of Tullamore District Court was charged with trespassing with intent to commit theft. John Delaney (39) of 82, St Laurence's Fields, Loughrea, Galway, is alleged to have entered a vessel known as the Blue Barge as a trespa
