A profile is emerging of Luigi Mangione, the 26-year-old man charged with murdering UnitedHealthcare's CEO, Brian Thompson, in New York City last week.
Police announced on Monday that Mangione was arrested after being spotted at a McDonald's in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Officials said he had a home-made ghost gun, an untraceable firearm, fake IDs,  and a three-page handwritten document that revealed his "motivation and mindset."
