Lidl issues update on its plans for new store in Limerick

CONSTRUCTION has kicked off at a new Lidl store on the edge of Limerick. The discount retailer is planning to open the new outlet at Towlerton in Ballysimon by next year in a move which will create 30 permanent new jobs. Planning permission was granted last August.
