Funeral arrangements have bee confirmed in Laois for a local farmer who died in a farm accident on the Laois Offaly border. Kevin Carroll of Fordress, Clonaslee died suddenly and unexpectedly on July 4 in the Garryhinch area of Offaly not far from Portarlington. The deceased lost his life in a workp
