Judge Nicola Andrews said she was obliged to seek a victim impact statement from the victim of an assault at last week's Tullamore District Court. Kieran Bracken (29) of Fox Covert, Money, Kilcormac pleaded guilty to assaulting Patrick Leonard at Melba's Night Club, Birr, Offaly, on August 7, 2023.
