Cllr Paddy Farrell said that residents in Attirory estates in Carrick-on-Shannon are "very angry" that their concerns about the large volume of traffic coming off the N4 are not being addressed by Leitrim County Council and stressed that this "matter needs to be addressed for the safety of children
