THE OWNER of a County Limerick transport company has been fined €250 for failing to properly secure a load of cement. Justin O’Mara, aged 51, of Knocklong Transport, Knocklong pleaded guilty at Kilmallock Court to the offence. Garda Pat Ahern said he was on mobile patrol in the Garryspillane area on
