Shadow Indigenous Australians Minister Jacinta Nampijinpa Price says Prime Minister Anthony Albanese never had a “backup plan” for the Voice to Parliament.

Ms Price told Sky News contributor that there was never a “plan B” because they were determined they were going to win the referendum.

“Now they’re scrambling for ways forward.

“For a plan of some sort, they cannot put anything into action.

“They don’t have anything.”
