Ivanka Trump was seen being wiped out by an artificial wave while surfing on a simulator over the Thanksgiving weekend.

The 42-year-old spent time with her husband and three children in Miami instead of joining her father, Donald Trump, at Mar-a-lago for the holiday.

The former US president is currently battling a $US250 million civil fraud case brought forth by New York Attorney General Letitia James.

James has accused the 77-year-old of running a decade-long scheme to overvalue his business empire to draw larger loans from the banks.

Mr Trump has maintained his innocence and is expected to appear as the final witness for the defendants on December 11, CNN reported.

Earlier this month, Ivanka testified in court, denying her involvement in drafting financial statements which allegedly inflated the value of her father’s business empire.
