A dog with remarkable eyes named after David Bowie is looking for a forever home after recently being taken into the care of Carlow/Kilkenny Dog Shelter. "He is a two-year-old male lurcher who was nervous when he first came to the shelter but has come around really well," the shelter said in the sta
