As a Bansha man and a former National President of Muintir na Tíre, I was anxious to mark both the 75th anniversary of Rural Electrification for Bansha and the contribution of the founder of Muintir na Tíre Canon John Hayes to Rural Development. I organised for a Mass to be celebrated for Canon Haye
