At least 313 people were killed as Israel carried out airstrikes on Gaza following an attack by Hamas, the Palestinian Health Ministry reported on October 8. Israel’s emergency services organization, Magen David Adom, said that as of 6:30 am on Sunday more than 300 Israelis had been killed in the Hamas attack. Palestinian media reported that the Watan Tower in Gaza was destroyed in Israeli airstrikes. This footage was published by local journalist Mohammed Dahlan, and shows the ruins of the tower.
