Thirty-five-year-old Martin McDonagh, of 2 Congress Terrace, Longford, was served with a book of evidence at last week's sitting of Longford District Court. Garda Colin Goldrick gave evidence of having served the book, which the court was told contained five charges, prior to last Tuesday's court si
