GB News host Nigel Farage says the Democrats are going to “ditch” Joe Biden as a candidate for US elections in 2024 and are likely to replace him with Gavin Newsom.

"Biden will not be the candidate," he told Sky News host Paul Murray.

“And since I’ve said that … you’ve now got a host of voices all over the states saying we’ve got to replace this guy and it looks like the favourite is Gavin Newsom.

“The man that’s been running California into the ground with education failing, crime rising, an epidemic of homelessness.

“It looks like he’s the best probably the Dems have got.”
