A man has been remanded in custody for allegedly possessing stolen designer goods at the Electric Picnic.  Kenneth Kelly, 35, with an address at 22 O’Moore Place, Portlaoise appeared before Portlaoise District Court via videolink.  He is accused of possessing stolen goods at the Electric Picnic on S
