A Manhattan man has been indicted in the 2016 hit-and-run death of a beloved Brooklyn DJ.

Prosecutors say Kevin Ozoria, 28, slammed into Jean Paul Guerrero, 39 — known to Mega 97.9 listeners as DJ Jinx Paul — in Cypress Hills Dec. 19, 2016, and sped off.

A day later, he dropped his 2010 Honda Accord off at a Brooklyn body shop to repair a shattered windshield, prosecutors said.

He asked the shop owner to park the car in a place where it couldn’t be seen, police sources said.

Ozoria surrendered days later, but prosecutors didn’t pursue charges, because they were still searching for evidence he was behind the wheel.

His aunt told the Daily News last year that his girlfriend was driving, and he turned himself in to protect her.

An “exhaustive and extensive investigation” determined Ozorio was the driver, Acting District Attorney Eric Gonzalez said.

Surveillance video captured Ozoria driving the car near the scene, prosecutors said. He’s charged with leaving the scene of a fatal crash and evidence tampering.
