United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres warned on Thursday that a "handful of donations" won't correct the dramatic impact of the end of the Black Sea grain deal following Vladimir Putin’s promise of free grain for six African countries during a summit in Russia. Grain as well as other business deals remained high on the agenda as that summit entered a second day Friday.
