Colombia's president was due in Havana Thursday to sign an agreement with the ELN guerrilla group, possibly including a ceasefire, in a fresh bid to end decades of conflict in the South American country. President Gustavo Petro said he would preside over the final meeting of a third round of negotiations that started in the Cuban capital on May 2. FRANCE 24's Simone Bruno tells us more.
