The George FL Charles Foundation on Tuesday, hosted the May Day Lecture at the Financial Administrative Center under the theme ‘Conversations On a Shared Development Agenda for Saint Lucia while Optimizing the ole of the Labor Movement.’ The guest speaker was Trade Unionist and former General Secretary of the Civil Service Association, Dr. Henry Charles.
