Sky News host James Macpherson says actor Kevin Bacon and his wife, Kyra Sedgwick, posted a video to TikTok promoting the drag queen defence fund, wearing shirts that proclaimed “drag is art”.

“Is there anything worst than a celebrity who having slipped into obscurity is trying to become relevant again? The answer, of course, is no,” he said.

“I have to say it – Bacon is fried.

“Here in bizarro world, washed-up celebs now believe promoting such is their best ticket back to the big time.”
