SpaceX launched the first of a new generation of Starlink satellites into orbit on the evening of Monday, February 28. 21 of SpaceX’s new second-generation Starlink satellites were launched from Falcon 9 to low-Earth orbit at about 6:13 pm local time from Florida’s Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The launch was initially set to happen hours earlier, but was delayed due to “a space weather concern” according to SpaceX.
