Hamish Watson’s hopes of returning for Scotland in next week’s Calcutta Cup match received a significant boost when he was named in the Edinburgh side to play the Sharks on Saturday evening. And, although Duhan van der Merwe is still sidelined, head coach Mike Blair is confident that the winger will also be fit for the trip to Twickenham.
