The Cultural Development Foundation (CDF) hosted its 2023 annual sir Derek Walcott memorial lecture at the finance administrative center Tuesday night. This year’s lecture was presented by honorable Hazel Simmons-Mc Donald professor, Emerita. Under the theme “Walcott’s plays- a creative exploration of Saint Lucian culture and identity.”
