Rob Kardashian sues Blac Chyna for alleged assault

Rob Kardashian socked Blac Chyna with a scathing surprise lawsuit Wednesday claiming she viciously attacked him in a "drunken tirade" and trashed Kylie Jenner's house.

In paperwork obtained by the Daily News, the reclusive reality star says the mother of his 10-month-old daughter Dream "consumed a significant amount of drugs and alcohol" then tried to choke him with a phone cable last December.

"Chyna lunged towards Rob with an iPhone charging cable and attempted to strangle Rob," the lawsuit states. "Chyna was purposely trying to hurt Rob and struggled with him as she tightened the iPhone cord around Rob’s neck."

Kardashian says he managed to escape Chyna's grasp, but she continued to chase him. She "repeatedly struck him in the head and face," and ripped the collar of his shirt, he claims.

The complaint says Chyna further damaged a television owned by Jenner, broke down a door, smashed a gingerbread house, threw a chair at Kardashian’s Bentley and used a metal rod to injure Kardashian.

Jenner, who is Kardashian's youngest sister, is listed as a co-plaintiff in the case because the alleged meltdown took place in a house she was renting to her brother.

"Kylie estimates that Chyna caused at least $100,000 in property damage to her house," the lawsuit claims.

The 12-page complaint delves deep into Chyna’s history with the Kardashian clan to paint an unflattering pattern of alleged bad behavior.

"Chyna is well-known for her hard-partying and erratic behavior which is often recounted in salacious tabloid headlines, despite having little, if any, accomplishments in the entertainment industry," it states.

"Indeed, Blac Chyna started her career as a stripper and over the years has created a reputation as a money-hungry, shameless pseudo-celebrity," the filing reads. "Chyna takes advantage of well-known, successful people, such as plaintiffs, to capitalize on her own fame and financial gain."

The lawsuit accuses Chyna of unfairly trying to "cash in on the Kardashian's fame."

"Chyna’s desire to pursue a relationship and have a baby with Rob was nothing short of an outright fraud to shake down the Kardashian family without any concern of the consequences," it states.

The paperwork states Chyna "bullied" and "publicly humiliated" Kylie last year by making demeaning comments about her dating relationship with Tyga.

Chyna and Tyga share a son from a previous relationship.

"Chyna terrorized Kylie by telling her to get tests for sexually transmitted diseases because Kylie was dating Tyga," the filing claims.

According to the complaint, Chyna signed a contract to get $92,500 for each 60-minute episode of the short-lived E! Network series "Rob & Chyna" and up to $125,550 for longer specials.

Chyna, 29, and Kardashian, 30, dated for about a year before breaking up in December.

Chyna won a temporary domestic violence restraining order against Kardashian in July after he targeted her in an explosive social media meltdown.

In her court filings obtained by The News, Chyna claimed Kardashian punched her, tore the hinges off a door, showed her a gun and threatened to kill himself with pills.

Chyna's lawyer, Lisa Bloom, said she had not yet seen a copy of the lawsuit and couldn’t comment when reached by The News.
