A police officer helped a deer whose head was stuck in a fence in Tracys Landing, Maryland, on Friday, December 16, according to the Anne Arundel County Police Department. Video posted by the police department on Thursday shows the panicked “young buck with his antlers intertwined in the fencing” in Tracys Landing.
