Victorian Liberal Party Candidate Evan Mulholland says the “cost of living is a real issue” as well as the “health crisis” ahead of Victoria’s state election.

“And when the Liberal party are promising new hospitals in their neighbourhoods it means a lot more than what Daniel Andrews is promising – new dog parks for the inner city,” Mr Mulholland told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.
