Sky News host Paul Murray says The Late Late Show host James Corden thought he was “very clever” as he stole a joke from comedian Ricky Gervais.

Corden tweeted an apology saying he “inadvertently” told a “brilliant” Ricky Gervais joke, “not knowing it came from him”.

“And ‘it was brilliant because it was a Ricky Gervais joke’ – see let’s get back around to the TV show suck up,” Mr Murray said.
