Sky News Australia host James Morrow says the Democrats have "let Joe Biden out of the basement" in a move showing "how scared" they are ahead of the upcoming midterm elections.

"Now as we have a little more than a week to go before the midterm elections in the US ... it's worthwhile to have a look at how scared the Democrats are," Mr Morrow said.

"You want a gauge of that, well check this out – they've let Joe Biden out of the basement.

"Of course, when they did that, it didn't go so well."

Mr Morrow said President Biden had a case of the “wanders” again at a recent rally in Pennsylvania.
