Sky News contributor Prue MacSween says it’s a really “tragic state of affairs” when you look at the “mess” the United Kingdom is in.
Ms MacSween’s remarks come after outgoing UK Prime Minister Liz Truss announced she was resigning from the role just 44 days after being sworn in, having won Conservative Party backing for the job.
“They’re in so much of a pickle that there’s no one that’s standing up who you would say could lead them out of this terrible situation,” Ms MacSween told Sky News host Chris Smith.
