DUBLIN, Ireland: Ireland will launch its first satellite in 2023.This follows the signing of letters between Tanaiste Leo Varadkar and the European Space Agency.The Irish satellite, to be called EIRSAT-1, has been built by faculty and students at University College Dublin.Plans call for the satellite to be put into orbit for four years.
