A year from now we’ll be gearing up for the World Cup in France. Before then, Scotland will have played 12 internationals. It’s easy to lose count of the number of still active players who have been capped for Scotland, but it’s at least twice as many as are permitted in a RWC squad. I guess it’s much the same for all the Six Nations countries.
