Konris Maynard, Minister of Information,  Communication and Technology (ICT) is among the delegation for the International  Telecommunication Union (ITU) Plenipotentiary Conference (PP-22) held in Bucharest, Romania. The  conference begins today, Monday 26th 2022 at the Palace of the Parliament in the Romanian capital.
