Climate Change and Energy Minister Chris Bowen seems to be “wilfully blind” to the energy crisis in Europe, the United Kingdom and California, says Sky News host Chris Kenny.

Mr Kenny said Mr Bowen is “pretending” that doing more of the same will “produce a different result”.

“We are rushing headlong into an energy crisis every bit as bad as Europe,” Mr Kenny said.

“And this is because our prices are already soaring for starters and we are going to face supply problems, more likely in our summer because that's when our demand is highest.”
