Vladimir Putin has ‘insinuated he could use nuclear weapons’

Sky News host Chris Kenny says Russian President Vladimir Putin has “announced a massive call up of reservist soldiers”.
Mr Kenny also said Mr Putin has “insinuated he could use nuclear weapons”.
“Overnight our time, US President Joe Biden and Ukraine President Volodymir Zelensky responded strongly through the United Nations General Assembly,” he said.
He discussed the issue with Ukraine’s Ambassador to Australia Vasyl Myroshnychenko.
