Nationals MP for Hinkler Keith Pitt says it is a "time of reflection" for all Australians "regardless of their views".
"I think it's one where we reflect on the service of Her Majesty over such a long period," Mr Pitt told Sky News Australia.
"Her connection is across three centuries - from Winston Churchill who was born in the 1800s, right through until just in recent days with the new Prime Minister Truss in the UK."
