LOUIS — The Rays seemed to have everything they needed Saturday for a third straight victory: seven strong innings from surging starter Blake Snell, four runs off three homers from their resurgent offense and the final six outs in the hands of their recently dominant bullpen. Except that didn't work out this time, as Tommy Hunter and Brad Boxberger let the Cardinals tie it in the eighth then win it in the ninth 6-4 on a walkoff homer by Tommy Pham.
