The two injured infielders, Jeff McNeil and Eduardo Escobar, were lifted from the game in the same inning on Friday. Escobar experienced tightness in his left side and McNeil suffered a thumb laceration when Phillies’ first baseman Rhys Hoskins stepped on it.
