Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney says there are allegations the Department of Justice is “politicised” and are going “harder against Donald Trump than Hunter Biden”.

Former US president Donald Trump has claimed his house in Florida was raided by the FBI.

Mr Mulvaney said there are allegations the Department of Justice doesn’t “enforce the law equally” against both parties.

“Those are real allegations that will probably be investigated as we go into the next Congress,” he told Sky News Australia.
