Sky News host Chris Kenny has slammed Peter FitzSimons for having "the gall to accuse" an Aboriginal woman in Jacinta Nampijinpa Price of being "racially divisive".

Aboriginal Senator Jacinta Nampijinpa Price has alleged newspaper columnist Peter FitzSimons accused her of "giving racists a voice" during an interview last week.

Mr FitzSimons has denied all allegations made by Senator Price.

"This bloke seems to think that his political views now sweep across the nation – even though Labor got 30 per cent of the primary vote," Mr Kenny said.

Mr Kenny discussed the issue with The Australian's Media Writer Sophie Elsworth.
