We ‘try to have an orderly process’ for asylum seekers Kroger

Former Victorian Liberal Party President Michael Kroger says the problem with the Nadesalingam family being granted permanent residency in Australia is while they get to stay, "tens of thousands of others don't".

"This is the whole thing about Australia, we try to have an orderly process, so those thousands of people that weren't lucky enough, or clever enough to do what they did, they can't stay in Australia," he told Sky News host Paul Murray.

"That's why you try and have an orderly process."
