DUBLIN, Ireland - Frank Clarke, a former chief justice, has resigned as a judge of the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts, DIFC.The newly appointed President of the Law Reform Commission, along with former High Court President Peter Kelly, was sworn in as a judge of the courts early last week.Mr. Clarke stated, "Ireland and many Irish companies do significant business in and with Dubai, and those
