A MAN who posed as a roofer and defrauded an elderly woman of over €30,000 under the pretence of fixing her roof has been jailed for four and a half years.  Patrick O'Brien, aged 39, of Hillview Drive, Abbeyfeale, County Limerick pleaded guilty to four counts of deception at various locations in Dub
