Republican Strategist John Jordan says criminals “are always going to have guns” in the United States.

Mr Jordan said criminals will have guns regardless of what the US criminal justice system does to them.

“Criminals are always going to have guns in the United States, especially in the blue states where they’re not being prosecuted,” he told Sky News Australia.

“Law-abiding people are the ones that are being affected by these laws, not criminals.”
