The Australian’s National Editor Dennis Shanahan says Opposition leader Peter Dutton “will be a very good Liberal leader”.

“He’s a Liberal through and through and he has performed without any great showmanship so far,” he told Sky News host Peta Credlin.

“But I think the key here is that he’s signalling he’s not going to change.”
