Youth mental health affected by ‘relentless’ climate change campaign

The campaign to link “extreme weather events with climate change" has been “relentless” and “extrapolated out to a very frightening scenario,” according to The Australian’s Environment Editor Graham Lloyd.
“The results are showing that this is causing a great deal of mental health issues and concern, particularly among young people and it’s getting worse,” he told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
Mr Lloyd said weather events such as bushfires and floods have been “conflated” to an extent.
“Certainly, there’s very little perspective given to the frequency and extent of these weather events and other phenomena in the past, to give some context to it.”
